The National basic Education Science Master Studio Union and the first Science Education Summit Forum were held in Changsha, Hunan Province from October 29th to November 2nd, 2017. This activity was sponsored by the editorial department of Science Class, co-hosted by Yuanda and Datong Primary School in Furong District, Changsha Hongxia Science Master Studio. Science teaching and research staffs, famous teachers studio moderators and representatives of key science teachers from all provinces and cities of the country, a total of more than 400 people were participated.

Eleven experts from all over the country gave lectures, presentations and sharing of topics. This paper summarized the effective organization of teaching in the lower grade and the effective application of the new technology in the teaching under the requirements of New Curriculum Standard. Among them, on the magnet (I) class, Wang Qun teacher (famous teachers’ studio moderators) of Gutian road Primary School in Wuhan Qiaokou District, Hubei Province used llongwill^® DISLab magnetic induction intensity sensor, data display module, electromagnet experiment apparatus and other teaching instruments, showed the effective application of information equipment in experimental teaching to the audience on the scene. It had been well received by the teachers who attended the meeting.
