"New height" of global digital experiment——Record of llongwill digital experimental product training in Ali Region of Tibet
Original 2020-06-29 10:59"Education is the foundation of a hundred year plan". In order to promote the normalization application of digital experimental instruments in schools in remote areas, from June 21 to 24, 2020, Yuanda-llongwill sent technicians to carry out targeted special training for schools equipped with digital experimental instruments in Ali Region of Tibet Autonomous Region. The main content of this training is the use of llongwill®digital sensors, supporting experimental equipment and experimental software. The purpose is that after the activity, school teachers can use digital experimental equipment and software to complete most experiments independently.
Technicians have successively trained more than ten teachers from the nine-year consistent school in Cuoqin County, Geji junior middle school and Zada nine-year consistent school in Ali Region. During the training, energetic teachers showed great interest in llongwill® digital experimental instruments, raised many professional questions about their application in the experiment, and the technicians answered their questions one by one on the site. Teachers have said that with such good equipment, students' grades must be improved!
During the training, the technicians also measured the atmospheric pressure in Geji county (with an average altitude of more than 4800 meters) as 57.5kpa and the oxygen content in the air as 12% through llongwill® pressure sensor and oxygen sensor. Compared with the standard atmospheric pressure, the proportion of 101.325kpa is 56.74%, and the proportion of 20.9% oxygen content in the air is 57.14%. There is only 0.4% difference between the two values. The comparison data between the measured and theoretical values is a strong proof of the excellent performance of llongwill digital experimental system. The experiment has also become the best curriculum resource for children in plateau areas to learn scientific knowledge with the help of plateau environment.
PS: The oxygen content in the air in plateau areas is still 20.9%. The air is thinner, but the gas composition is basically unchanged. So we need to calibrate the oxygen content to 20.9% after the experiment.
