The digital experimental training for Hefei junior high school excellent teachers advanced training class successfully held

In order to implement the Requirements of the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era, the Guiding Opinions of Anhui Provincial Department of Education on the Training of Primary and Middle School Teachers in the 13th Five-Year Plan, and the Opinions of Hefei Municipal People's Government on Strengthening the Construction of Primary and Middle School Teachers, and to strengthen the construction of teachers in the new era and further improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training, The five-day training of 2020 Hefei junior high school seeded teacher advanced training class officially opened on August 11 at the Bank of Chaohu Lake. According to the professional characteristics and the characteristics of teachers' positions, this training will be conducted simultaneously in physics, chemistry and biology, and the training projects will be designed in layers and classifications. Nearly 200 backbone teachers from schools in all districts and counties of Hefei participated in the training.

Mr. Qu Xueheng, a senior biology teacher and discipline pioneer from Shanghai, brought the topic "Application of Digital Information System in Middle School Life Science Teaching" to the trainees. As an expert of Shanghai DIS R&D Center, Mr. Qu introduced the composition and functions of the R&D Center in detail with the background and development process of the digital information system as the starting point, and demonstrated the experiments of "fish respiration", "comparison of human exhaled gas with external gas", "transpiration of plants" and so on with llongwill ® digital experimental equipment on site, intuitively and vividly showed the advantages of digital experiments in biology experiment teaching to teachers, and aroused great interest of on-site teachers.

Prof. Zhong Kezhuang, a master's supervisor and physics experiment expert of Nanjing Teacher University, took "the Development of Physics Experiment Resources in Junior Middle School" as the theme, to show to the teachers how to use sensors to develop junior middle school physics experiments with temperature sensors and force sensors. Prof. Zhong proposed that we should pay attention to digital experiments and innovate experimental methods. Digital experiments are not only the need of the development of educational informatization, but also an important method and means to cultivate students' innovative ability.

In the chemical training, Mr. Gong Xian, the discipline pioneer of Shaanxi Province and the director of Xi'an Qing'an senior middle school Education and Research Center, analyzed the teaching cases in detail through the topic of "Application and Practice Exchange of Digital Experimental Teaching in Middle School Chemistry". He encouraged teachers to actively participate in the relevant training organized by the education administration department and take the initiative to study using all resources, including Internet resources. He hoped that teachers would combine the research results of digital experiments with their own classroom teaching, and share them with each other to form a benign digital experimental teaching ecosystem and to promote the sustainable development of digital experimental teaching.

After the training, the participating teachers said that digital experimental teaching is not only advocated and respected by the competent education department in various evaluation activities, but also brought great changes to classroom teaching with the rapid development of modern information technology. As a front-line teacher, we should actively switch perspectives, change ideas, open our inherent concepts, and embrace new opportunities and challenges brought by new technologies.
